The milestones of Year 8 have been adjusted based on the progress, learning, and HGBF's decision to reduce the timeframe and budget for the project.

SO3. Establish effective collaborative management system for agricultural landscape restoration in ALRI territory.

Milestone 3.3: A dynamic network of local actors is collaborating on a shared vision for agricultural landscape restoration, investing in shared plans for agricultural landscape restoration; and leveraging external co-investments to support these plans.

Evidences:

• A Landscape Management Committee has been formalized; its membership expands/renews; and it meets regularly updates its plans.

• ALRI field partners (e.g., TSA, RENACER, RainDrop, Caritas, the Red Robusta) and LMC members collaborate regularly on agricultural landscape activities.

  Target: Coordination meetings held at least quarterly with plans updated at least annually.

• External funds are leveraged from local and national government programs, NGOs, donors and others. (At least Target: At least 50% of cost of ALRI field interventions are funded from sources other than HGBF - funds do not need to flow through CRS/Caritas).

• Local and territorial Water Councils are established and are protecting and restoring water resources and systems, involving broad stakeholder participation.

  Target: At least 3 councils established by PY8
